Coast Guard Consolidates Communications

The United States Coast Guard recently moved a total of 13 personnel from both Kodiak and Valdez to Anchorage to monitor emergency communications. And according to officials, mariners will not lose any communications with the Coast Guard under the reorganization. KCHU's Erik Wander has more:
