Valdez Coast Guard Small Boat Tested in Arctic
Continuing its efforts in the Arctic, The U.S. Coast Guard wrapped up its most recent round of small boat testing this week in Barrow. Two very different types of boats were tested during the 20-day operation: a 24-foot specialty response boat out of California and a 25-foot defender class response boat operated by a crew from Coast Guard Station Valdez.
