Harris on New Legislative Building

Alaska lawmakers are once again talking about building a new legislative office building in Anchorage, after scrapping a plan to do so last year because of the price tag and worries of Juneau legislators that it could be a backhanded capital move. KCHU's Erik Wander spoke with the chairman of the Legislative Council, Representative John Harris of Valdez, after a Tuesday meeting at which members of the council discussed whether to move forward on the idea:
