Let It Snow

When snow started falling in Valdez Monday evening for the first time this season, it became the second latest first snowfall on record, according to the National Weather Service. The city is well prepared, with crews and equipment poised for the months ahead, but the Weather Service says Valdez is in for just an average season, in terms of snowfall and temperatures.
