Weather Forces Aurora Back to Valdez
An Alaska Marine Highway System ferry was forced to turn back shortly after its departure from Valdez Monday night due to approximately 50 knot wins and seas of up to 12 feet. Meanwhile, inclement weather conditions also forced the Alaska Department of Transportation to temporarily close a section of the Glenn Highway Tuesday. KCHU's Erik Wander has more:
