A two-time Grammy award-winning artist, Bill Harley uses song and story to paint a vibrant and hilarious picture of growing up, schooling and family life. On Thursday the Valdez Arts Council brings Harley to town for a family show of wonder, irreverence, big trouble and life’s little moments. KCHU's Erik Wander has more:
