Prince William Sound RCAC Lauds Crews

The Prince William Sound Regional Citizens Advisory Council is lauding the efforts of the crews of the tanker Kodiak and two Crowley tugs for the handling of an incident earlier this month when the tanker experienced a brief power failure at the Sound's Hinchinbrook Entrance. Meanwhile, the environmental watchdog group was given an update on the grounding of a tugboat in the Sound just before Christmas. A Coast Guard official said this week that local investigations into that incident are expected to be completed soon. KCHU's Erik Wander has more:
