    A Valdez women recently started a modest campaign aimed at improving the quality of products and services offered at Eagle Quality Center. She started collecting emailed complaints about the local grocery store in October, and the Carrs-Safeway district manager for Valdez now says those concerns are being heard loud and clear and are being addressed.
