Valdez Biggest Loser
Now in its ninth season, "The Biggest
Loser" is a television show that centers on contestants attempting to lose
weight to fight for a cash prize. The idea is to lose the highest percentage of
weight and thereby become the Biggest Loser. The city of Valdez is currently in
the midst of its own contest, roughly modeled after the NBC series, aimed at
