Chefs from Around Country Visit Cordova - 7/2110
A group of chefs from a chain of high-end seafood restaurants with locations across the country are coming to Cordova this week to tour the region, meet with fishermen, processors and managers and learn about Copper River and Prince William Sound fisheries. They will also be asked to put their skills to the test at the end of the week by preparing a five-course, gourmet meal in Cordova using regional, all-Alaska seafood. KCHU’s Erik Wander has more:
