Chenega Ferry Resumes Service, Adds Wifi - 7/5/10
When
the Chenega departed Cordova for Whittier Thursday morning, it marked the first
time the fast ferry has sailed in more than four months following an extensive
engine tune-up in Washington State. Prince William Sound travelers will once
again enjoy full ferry service—as the Chenega resumes its regular summer
schedule—and passengers statewide may soon be able to enjoy a new service
onboard all ferries: wireless internet. KCHU’s Erik Wander has more:
