Female Eagle Makes Full Recovery - 7/29/10
The director of
a bird rehabilitation center in Anchorage says an eagle that survived a
near-fatal crash in Valdez about four months ago has made a full recovery and is
now set to once again take to the skies. The Bird Treatment and Learning Center
and the local biologist who rescued the eagle are making plans to fly it back
to Valdez next week and release it back into the wild. KCHU’s Erik Wander has
