Berkowitz's Pipeline Ownership Plan

Berkowitz launched his general election campaign Friday, unveiling his plan to
allow Alaska residents to invest in a proposed pipeline to ship natural gas to
the Lower 48 states. Berkowitz says that by offering individual Alaskans the
chance to invest in a gas pipeline, it improves the likelihood that a line will
be built. KCHU’s Erik Wander reports:
