TAPS Report Raises Questions

Alyeska Pipeline Service Company’s role in maintaining the trans-Alaska pipeline has come under greater scrutiny in recent months, following several spills and a congressional review of its procedures. Now an internal report is shedding light on the cause of May’s oil spill at Pump Station 9, but also raising further questions about pipeline operations. KCHU’s Erik Wander has more:
