Valdez's support for Emergency Co-op with Coast Guard is on hold

The Prince William Sound Regional Citizens' Advisory Council would like to see more cooperation with the Coast Guard on emergencies in the area. The Advisory Council is waiting for a response from Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, D.C. In Valdez, it's waiting for support from the city. KCHU's Tony Gorman reports.
