"COWs" to bring temporary cell service to Thompson Pass

Copper Valley Wireless is re-deploying its Cell On Wheels to the Thompson Pass area for the winter recreation season.  Also known as COWs, the portable towers are designed to bring cell service to remote areas.  KCHU's Tony Gorman has more.
