Valdez has found a new way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Thanks to the Snowtown F.O.O.L.S., locals have lined up to shave their heads for St. Baldrick's Day. The event is used to raise money for childhood cancer research. KCHU's Tony Gorman went to Valdez Civic Center and filed this report.
