Flooding shuts down Solomon Gulch Hydro Facility

The Valdez Police Department and other crews quickly responded, Tuesday, to a flooding at the Solomon Gulch Hydro Facility.  It took 20 minutes for crews to control the situation.  KCHU's Tony Gorman reports.
