Don Haase withdraws name from Alaska Judicial Council consideration

Embattled appointee Don Haase has withdrawn his name from consideration for the Alaska Judicial Council.  The Valdez resident informed Governor Sean Parnell of his decision Thursday night.  Over the last month, Haase's appointment was marred by controversial statements about premarital sex and his affiliation with a conservative interest group.  KCHU's Tony Gorman reports.
