Prince William Sound and Copper River Valley projects make proposed Capital Budget

On Monday, the Alaska Senate Finance Committee released the projected Capital Budget for the 2011-2012 Fiscal Year. Energy and education projects highlight the $2.8 billion budget. As KCHU's Tony Gorman reports, most of the funding for Prince William Sound and Copper River Valley would go toward transportation and maintenance projects.
