Valdez votes against All Alaska pipeline investment

The Valdez City Council has decided not to invest in an All Alaska Gasline. The Council voted 3-2 to not invest $300,000 in the project supported by the Alaska Gasline Port Authority. KCHU's Tony Gorman reports.
