OSRI, PWSRCAC, and BP unveil new balloon tracking device

The Oil Spill Recovery Institute unveiled the newest way to track oil spills. The latest method is unique and inexpensive compared to the usual aircrafts and marine vessels. The Institute, along with the Prince William Sound Regional Citizens' Advisory Council and B-P, hosted a demonstration in Valdez on Monday. KCHU's Tony Gorman was there and filed this report.
