Painter and Swanson appointed to Valdez Ports and Harbor Commission

There are two new faces on the Valdez Ports and Harbor Commission. The Valdez City Council appointed Bruce Painter and Mark Swanson to the Commission during this week's meeting. The two will serve three-year terms.
Overall, three candidates expressed interest in the two vacancies. John Bradshaw was the third candidate.
