Area schools fail to make AYP

The Alaska Department of Education says 46 percent of Alaska schools met adequate yearly progress (AYP) standards during the 2010-2011 school year. That's according to the annual report release last week. As KCHU's Tony Gorman reports, two area schools and a correspondence program did not make the cut.
