Whittier Firefighters put down liquor store blaze

Whittier Firefighters responded to the report of a fire at a local business in the Whittier Triangle Tuesday afternoon. Crews arrived on scene to find the Outpost Liquor Store fully involved in flames.
The Whittier Department of Public Safety says the blaze was contained around 3:00. Efforts to protect the surrounding area were successful. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
