Governor's budget has Prince William Sound and Copper River Valley projects in line for $22 million

Governor Sean Parnell released his projected budget for FY2013.  As KCHU's Tony Gorman reports, over $22 million is expected to go toward projects in the Prince William Sound and Copper River Valley.
