Coast Guard rescues disabled tug in SE Alaska

The Coast Guard and a commercial tug were able to aid another tug that lost power in Southeast Alaska. The tug was carrying jet and diesel fuel from Valdez to Skagway at the time of the incident. KCHU's Tony Gorman has more.
