USCG's Williams collects leadership award

Earlier this month, Valdez Marine Safety Unit executive officer Lt. Commander Erin Williams was awarded the Capt. Dorothy Stratton Leadership Award for her leadership skills.  KCHU's Tony Gorman has more on Williams' accomplishments.
