PWSRCAC calls for improvements to ballast water monitoring

The Prince William Sound Regional Citizens' Advisory Council have sent letters to state and federal regulatory agencies asking them to take a closer look at the monitoring of the ballast water at the Valdez Marine Terminal.  KCHU'S Tony Gorman reports.
