PWSRCAC calls for improvements to oil spill prevention and cleanup plans

The Prince William Sound Regional Citizens' Advisory Council is recommending changes to the proposed new oil spill prevention and cleanup plans for the Prince Williams Sound that were recently submitted by major oil companies.  KCHU's Tony Gorman reports.
